After much reflection, I’m writing to share some very personal news. As of this August, I will be stepping away from ownership of Lakeway Dental Associates. This is not a decision I’ve taken lightly — the last 5 years in Lakeway have been a wonderful experience, I am thankful for the opportunity that you have given me to be your dental provider, many of you feel more like family than patients! It has been a great honor to be a part of your lives and part of your healthcare team these last few years!
I am thrilled to introduce Dr. Mourad Fawzy as the new owner of Lakeway Dental Associates. From the first time we spoke, I knew he was the right fit. Dr. Fawzy is a talented and compassionate general dentist who shares the same commitment to ethical care and treating every patient like family. My name is Dr. Mourad Fawzy and I’m grateful for the opportunity to introduce myself as the new owner of Lakeway Dental Associates. I know that anytime a long-standing practice changes hands, it can bring some uncertainty — but my goal is to make this transition feel as smooth and comfortable as possible.
When I first met Dr. Dupper and spent time in the practice, what stood out immediately was his sincerity and integrity. His main priority in this transition was finding someone who would care for his patients like family. It was clear that this practice has been built on trust, consistency, and treating people the right way. With big shoes to fill, I am grateful and confident to continue serving this community.
I’m a general dentist with 15 years of experience. I started out in Egypt taking over my mother’s dental office and later decided to move to the USA to pursue my career further. I continued my education at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine.
